Shipping policy

At Yours Truly Clo, every item is custom-made with care.

Because your order is personalised using the photo and product details you provide, we need time to prepare, print, and quality-check your piece before it is shipped.

Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

Please allow approximately 5 business days for us to create your custom item before it is handed over to the courier.

This includes:

  • Preparing your order
  • Reviewing your uploaded image
  • Printing your design using DTF printing
  • Quality-checking your item
  • Packing your order safely

During busy periods, sales, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been completed and handed over to the courier, delivery usually takes approximately 2 business days, depending on your location.

This means your total estimated timeframe is usually around:

5 business days production + 2 business days delivery

Estimated total: approximately 7 business days

Please Note

Delivery time starts after your custom item has been made, not from the moment you place your order.

Because our products are personalised, we cannot always rush production without affecting quality.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within South Africa.

Delivery times may vary depending on your area, courier availability, public holidays, and any delays outside of our control.

Courier Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery details, missed delivery attempts, weather, strikes, or other events outside of our control.

However, we will always do our best to help you track your order and resolve any delivery issues.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

If incorrect details are provided and this causes a failed delivery, delay, or returned parcel, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details where available.

You can use these details to follow your parcel’s delivery progress.
