At Yours Truly Clo, every piece is made with meaning.

Our products are custom-made using the photo and details you provide at checkout. Because each item is personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or uploaded images you no longer wish to use once your order has entered production.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalised Products

Each Yours Truly Clo item is made to order and printed using your chosen image.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong colour or product
  • Uploading the wrong image
  • Low-quality, blurry, cropped, or unclear images supplied by the customer
  • Personal preference once the item has been printed
  • Delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery details

Please double-check your product, size, colour, image, and shipping details before completing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help, but changes are only possible if your order has not yet entered production.

Once production has started, we cannot cancel, edit, or refund the order because your item is already being custom-made.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We care deeply about the quality of your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
  • A short description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item
  • A reprint
  • Store credit
  • A refund, where appropriate

We will always assess the issue fairly.

Printing & Colour Disclaimer

Please note that slight differences in colour, placement, or print appearance may occur due to screen brightness, device display settings, fabric type, and the DTF printing process.

These small variations are not considered defects unless the item is clearly damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the approved/order details.

Image Quality Responsibility

The final print quality depends heavily on the image you upload.

For the best result, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo. If a blurry, pixelated, dark, cropped, or low-quality image is uploaded, the final print may reflect that quality.

We are not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality customer-submitted images.

Sizing

Please check our size guide before placing your order.

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size is selected.

Returns

Since our items are personalised, we generally do not accept physical returns unless we specifically request the item back as part of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim.

If a return is approved, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
